Insecurities

"My legs are huge". "I'm so fat". "I hate looking in the mirror, i'm so ugly". It makes me sad when I see people that are insecure about the way they look. In my opinion, it is because of the media that everyone want's to have that "perfect body". It does not matter what the media portrays. Every single person is different and are beautiful in their own way. If someone calls you fat, ugly, too skinny, too small, too tall, etc. It is probably because they are insecure because of something they do not like about themselves. They say these things to make them feel better about themselves. In society, many people care too much about how people look at them and what they think. There is no need to be insecure because of what someone has said to you. Just because you do not have that "perfect body" like the media portrays, does not mean you are not beautiful. Most of the things on tv are fake. The media does not know what true beauty is. Do not let people convince you that what they are saying about you is true. Most of the time it is not. Be proud of who you are and what you look like. Remember, Everyone is beautiful.
