Diet Time
In the Grillone household, it has always been a struggle to lose weight. My parent's and sister have been trying everything to lose weight. The problem is that they lose the small amount of weight and eventually their body hits a plateau. This occurs because your body is so used to a certain work out. As of today, my family and I have started a diet from the Heart And Stroke Foundation which states you can lose five to ten pounds in the matter of one week. People argue that dieting is not a very healthy way to lose the pounds you want. So what is the best way to lose weight? In my opinion, i think the best way to lose weight is not by dieting and taking weight loss pills. If want advice, never take weight loss pills. The pill has a large amount of caffeine in it so you have energy to workout for longer. I think the best way to lose weight is simply eating healthier in small portions and being physically active everyday. Instead of sitting on the couch and watching TV after dinner or work, go for a walk, or even do a ten minute workout. If you put you're mind and heart into working out and losing weight, eventually through all your hard work, it will happen. Losing weight takes time. Just because you workout for one week and eat healthy does not mean you will lose the weight. The trick is portion size, and physical activity everyday and you will lose the weight you want to. Don't bother with the pills and diets.
